Brit Krohmer is a Milwaukee-based artist, educator, and art handler whose practice examines labor, material transformation, and the role of display in shaping meaning. Working primarily in sculpture and ceramics, she creates objects that reference industrial processes, inherited knowledge, and the visual language of utility.
Krohmer has worked across exhibition design, curation, fabrication, and education, sharing skills and building environments that support both artists and audiences. She is the co-founder of e.s.r., an exhibition space and bookstore in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, rooted in process, dialogue, and shared authorship.
